Refund policy
The consumer can declare a complaint in order to exercise his rights, in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection, in the following ways: verbally, by telephone, in writing, electronically, i.e. on a permanent record carrier, with the delivery of a fiscal invoice or other proof of purchase for inspection. (copy of fiscal account, slip, bank statement, etc.).
In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, A&T Sistem d.o.o. is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex and Dina payment method, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the cardholder's account at the seller's request.
