Obligation to inspect the device
Please inspect the device during delivery, and before signing the handover document, and enter all possible damage to the goods in the record provided by the driver and contact the A&T System complaints service at phone number 011/2141622 IMMEDIATELY, and no later than WITHIN 24 HOURS , option 3, or to mail office@atsistem.co.rs.Complaints about damages that are reported after the deadline of 24 hours from delivery will be rejected as untimely. We especially emphasize that you are not obliged to accept devices that have physical damage.
Delivery on the territory of Serbia
* Goods are delivered on the territory of Serbia via a courier service.
* The cost of delivery depends on the type of products ordered (by category) and is borne by the customer.
* You will find out details about the amount of the order during the purchase, after you put the products in the basket.
* Depending on the available quantity of a specific item and the possibility of its acquisition, and in accordance with our business policy, the expected delivery time of the products from our offer is from 3 to 5 working days.
* Goods are delivered on weekdays until 4 p.m.
* The buyer is obliged to inspect the device upon delivery and before signing the handover document and to enter all possible damage to the goods in the report provided by the driver and to immediately contact the A&T System complaints service at phone number 011/2141622, or by sending an e-mail mail to: office@atsistem.co.rs
Collection of ordered products in the store
Now you no longer have to wait for the delivery of your order. Our service allows you to pick up the products you bought online yourself at one of our stores that you have previously chosen, without any additional costs.
You can pick up the product when it suits you, but during the working hours of the selected retail outlet. The deadline for download is 5 working days.
