Please read the terms of use carefully before using the A&T System website. By using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms of use (hereinafter: Terms).

A&T Sistem d.o.o. Belgrade reserves the right to change the Terms at any time by making changes to this text. We suggest that you visit this website from time to time to see if the Terms may have changed since your last visit.

A user is any person who accesses the site shop.atsistem.rs and all its contents.
A consumer is a natural person who buys a product to satisfy individual needs, and not to perform professional activities.
The seller in this particular case is A&T Sistem d.o.o.

A&T Sistem publishes the content on the website in good faith. You use all the contents of the shop.atsistem.rs website solely at your own risk and A&T Sistem cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by its use.

The contents published on the A&T System website are the property of A&T Sistem and can only be used for non-commercial purposes, and all copyright warnings must be observed.

The content displayed on this site, such as pages, design elements (buttons, icons, etc.), texts, logos, audio recordings and software are the property of A&T Sistem and cannot be used without prior consent.

It is not allowed to change the content of this site in any way, nor reproduce it or publicly display, perform, distribute or otherwise use it for public or commercial purposes. If you want to use the contents published on this website for purposes other than those listed here, you need to contact us to obtain permission.

Instructions for online shopping

Register to be able to order products. Registration is done by filling out the Registration Form;
When you find the product you want to order, click on its thumbnail or the name next to the thumbnail to enter the page with a detailed view or on the "Add to cart" button if you want to buy immediately;
On the detail view page, click the "Add to Cart" button to add the product to your shopping cart;
You will be shown a page with the contents of the basket. Click the "Finish Purchase" button;

You will see the order details page. Check and confirm order details. Then click the "View Order" button to place the order;
Your purchase order has been successfully created. If the ordered goods are available and ready for the implementation of our cooperation, our operator will contact you within a period of no longer than one working day from the moment of receipt of the order to check the correctness of your data and confirm the order.

Prices

All prices listed on the website are final on the day of the order and include VAT. All prices are expressed in dinars.

After completing the order on the website, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of the order. This e-mail contains your data, which you left when ordering. Only after the delivery of confirmation by A&T Sistem to the consumer's email, the sales contract is considered concluded. In the event that we are unable to confirm the order and conclude the contract, you will be notified.

Statement of Conversion

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia - dinar (RSD).

For informative display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used.

The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion to the same at the exchange rate used by the card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction.

As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our website.

Product description

A&T Sistem strives to describe all products as accurately as possible. Also, A&T Sistem does not guarantee that all the given data regarding the product or the images are 100% correct, complete, reliable and error-free. If the product you bought deviates from the data listed on the website, you can return it in unused condition with the complete documentation that you received with it within 14 days from the day the product was delivered, and we will refund your money.

Pictures published on the site A&T Sistem sometimes include the product environment so that the consumer has a more realistic picture of how the device looks after assembly. Built-in appliances are sold without panels (fronts) that form an integral part of the furniture, and the consumer later fits it into his interior.

The availability of the device shown on the website may differ from the stock in retail stores. The exact state of stock ie. availability can be determined either by calling the Call Center at 011/2141622 or by checking with employees in any of our retail establishments.

Delivery

The products you order via the Internet can be delivered through courier services with which A&T Sistem cooperates, and you pay for them when you pick them up in cash or when you order via account or payment card via the Internet: DINA, MAESTRO, VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
The cost of delivery depends on the type of products ordered (by category) and is borne by the customer.
You will find out the details about the amount of the order during the purchase, after you put the products in the basket.
If there are extraordinary circumstances, which completely prevent delivery, you will be informed about it through the contact information you gave us when ordering the product. The consumer does not have the right to delay the execution of the delivery for longer than 15 calendar days from the date of the order, i.e. 1 time without compensation. If the delivery is delayed longer than the specified deadline, that is, if A&T Sistem stores the products, the Consumer is obliged to pay a fee of 1 euro (in the dinar equivalent at the middle exchange rate of the NBS) per day for each individual piece of product that is stored.
When receiving the product delivered by the courier service with two executors, the Consumer is obliged to unpack and visually inspect the product in detail with the persons delivering the product, in order to make sure if there is any physical damage. If there is physical damage, the Consumer has the right to refuse to accept the product. During delivery, the products are brought into the facility at the customer's address over the threshold, and lowered to a place where they can be unhindered and visually inspected.
When receiving products delivered by a courier service with one executor, they are not inspected on the spot, but the consumer has a deadline of 24 hours, i.e. the first following working day, to declare a complaint to the courier service and A&T Sistem.
Access to the place of delivery must be adequate to the dimensions of the packaged product. Wherever access is not possible, delivery is made to the first free point (if it is a matter of products delivered by a courier service with two executors, unpacking and a visual inspection of the device is performed at that point).

Prohibition of misuse of the site

Users of our website are not allowed to:
* Interfere with and/or disable any security-related features on the Site or features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of available content;
* Publish and/or transmit to the website any material that is threatening, defamatory, obscene, offensive, pornographic or abusive. Also material that can initiate racial hatred, cause harassment or any inconvenience due to violation of privacy, confidence in certain discriminatory, threatening or provocative comments;
* Provide inaccurate information regarding personal data;
* Use someone else's personal data without that person's permission or falsely represent that they are acting on behalf of a third person, company or organization;
* Engage in any illegal or unlawful behavior using our site;
* Modify, disrupt, intercept or hack the website in order to disable it;
* They use specialized programs to download content from the site.
If any of the mentioned Terms are violated, we can disable the user from using this website on a permanent or temporary level. We may also take other measures, including but not limited to reporting to the appropriate authorities.

Data privacy

Protecting the privacy of personal data of site users is of the greatest importance for our company. All activities on the Internet that are connected to the A&T Sistem are aligned with the regulations of the Republic of Serbia, and also follow the intent of the GDPR.
Personal data are those data that reveal your identity, e.g. Your first and last name, address, phone number or e-mail.
A&T Sistem collects different types of personal data depending on the services we provide to our customers, as well as the type of contracts we conclude.
When making an online purchase, A&T SIstem processes the following types of personal data:
* Name and surname
* Phone number
* E-mail address
* Address (city, street and number, postal code, apartment number and floor)
* Data on completed payment transactions
* Other data necessary to fulfill a specific purpose
When shopping online, A&T Sistem processes your data for the purpose of providing services and performing contractual and pre-contractual activities, including, but not limited to, the provision of home address delivery services for purchased products, granting student and pensioner discounts, resolving complaints received, as well as providing other services that A&T Sistem offers to its customers.
We process the aforementioned data for the purpose of concluding and executing a contract with you, as well as for the purpose of complying with legal obligations.
A&T Sistem especially takes care that your personal data is not given to unauthorized persons. That is why, within our company, access to the data that you have made available to us is only available to those sectors, i.e. those employees who need it to fulfill the purpose for which the personal data was collected, and whose job description includes the processing of personal data .
All information collected about you during online shopping is safe and we will not misuse it or sell it on the market under any conditions, which ensures completely safe and secure business and cooperation with A&T Sistem. All our employees (and business partners) are responsible for respecting all principles of personal data protection.
A&T Sistem undertakes all measures to ensure the maximum security of personal data. That data is carefully secured against loss, destruction, alteration, falsification, manipulation and unauthorized access or use.
A&T Sistem recommends all parents or guardians to teach children to handle personal data safely and responsibly on the Internet. Minors should not disclose their personal information to A&T Sistem without the prior permission of a parent or guardian. A&T Sistem will never intentionally take personal data from minors, nor use it in any other way, nor give it to third parties without permission.
A&T Sistem will store personal data only as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the data was collected, and after that only if there is a person's consent, legal obligation or legitimate interest.
As part of our business relationship, you are obliged to provide us with only those data that we collect in order to fulfill certain legal obligations and for the purpose of executing the contract. The data you submit to us in order to conclude and execute the contract and based on your consent, you submit exclusively on a voluntary basis. We would like to point out that without all the data that is necessary for us to fulfill the purpose, as a rule, we will not be able to start a business relationship with you and provide you with the agreed services.

Protection of confidential transaction data

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system, as the current state-of-the-art cryptographic technology.
Data security during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so the entire payment process is carried out on the bank's website. Payment card information is not available to our system for a moment

Claims policy

The consumer declares a complaint in order to exercise rights based on conformity, warranty, wrongly calculated price and other defects in person in any of our retail stores.
In each of our retail establishments, there is a specially designated and marked place and person in charge of complaints, to whom the consumer can turn and declare a complaint.
The consumer's obligation is to attach the invoice, a copy of the invoice, a contract for distance sales or any other proof of purchase when making a complaint, as well as to hand over the device at any retail outlet. Before submitting the device for reclamation, it is necessary to remove everything that is not the subject of the reclamation. If something was subsequently purchased and installed in the device itself, you are obliged to present it when making a complaint.
Although the Law does not stipulate the obligation for the consumer to keep the packaging, nor is it a condition for resolving the complaint or a reason for refusing to remove the non-conformity, our recommendation is that you save the packaging to ensure safer transport of the goods to an authorized service center.

Refunds

In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the return, A&T Sistem d.o.o. is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex and Dina's payment method, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the account of the cardholder at the seller's request.
